The origin of the standard
Innovation Roofing was founded in 2010 with a single operating premise: every roof installed across the Lower Mainland should be documented, warrantied, and delivered by a crew accountable to the homeowner from tear-off through the twelfth-month walkthrough. That premise has not changed in sixteen years.
The coastal climate the crew works in — over 1,200mm of annual rainfall, coastal salt air, and unpredictable winter loads — sets the standard for every material specification. Manufacturer-approved GAF, Malarkey, and IKO asphalt systems are installed on residential steep-slope work, with Kynar-500 finishes specified on every metal roof to resist UV degradation and the corrosive marine environment.
Every project is delivered by a named project manager — not a call centre — who coordinates scheduling, communicates change orders in writing before any additional work is performed, and hands over a photographic record of the completed installation. The result is a roof that performs, and the documentation to prove every step was done right.
