Emergency Roof Repair & Maintenance

Water stopped inside 24 hours, then fixed at the source.

The work

Emergency repair, done right.

A roof emergency doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Storm damage, a branch through the deck, an active leak coming through the ceiling — we get a tarp on it inside 24 hours on most calls, stop the water, then trace it to the real cause instead of patching the stain. Same crew for the emergency call and the permanent fix.

The detail

What we look at.

01

How we handle it

The first call gets the water stopped — tarp, temporary patch, or emergency membrane depending on what failed. Then we walk the whole roof, find where the water actually entered (rarely where it shows up inside), and hand you a written scope for the permanent repair. If it's an insurance claim, we document it for the adjuster.

02

Why root-cause matters

Water travels. The stain on your ceiling is often metres from the actual failure. Crews that patch the stain are back in six months. We trace it to the entry point — a lifted shingle, a failed flashing, a cracked pipe boot — and fix that, so it doesn't come back with the next storm.

03

What most contractors miss

Chasing the drip instead of the source. Skipping the attic look that shows the real path. Tarping loose so the next windstorm peels it off. We anchor the tarp properly and we don't leave until the water is actually stopped.

Frequently asked

What comes up on emergency repair site walks.

  • Tarp-out inside 24 hours on most emergency calls, and faster during a storm event when the crew is already mobilized. Call the number at the top of the page — an active leak goes to the front of the queue.

  • Yes. We document the damage with photos, write the scope for the adjuster, and deal directly with your insurer. You get a copy of everything we send. We don't inflate scopes or write fake supplements.

  • Depends what we find. Plenty of leaks are a single failed flashing or pipe boot, and a targeted repair holds for years. We'll tell you straight whether a repair buys you real time or you're putting money into a roof that's already done.

  • Yes. A pre-winter check — clearing valleys and gutters, resealing exposed fasteners, checking every flashing — costs a fraction of the leak it prevents. We do it as a one-off visit or a recurring program.

  • The emergency response and diagnosis is quoted before we start, and it comes off the permanent repair if you go ahead with us. You approve the number first — nothing gets added to the invoice after the fact.
