The detail
The first call gets the water stopped — tarp, temporary patch, or emergency membrane depending on what failed. Then we walk the whole roof, find where the water actually entered (rarely where it shows up inside), and hand you a written scope for the permanent repair. If it's an insurance claim, we document it for the adjuster.
Water travels. The stain on your ceiling is often metres from the actual failure. Crews that patch the stain are back in six months. We trace it to the entry point — a lifted shingle, a failed flashing, a cracked pipe boot — and fix that, so it doesn't come back with the next storm.
