New Construction, Langley
New build in Langley — first roof on the home. Fresh deck meant we could spec the whole assembly from the sheathing up. Architectural asphalt across a big multi-gable roofline, ice-and-water shield up every valley and eave, synthetic underlayment across the field, and copper drip edge on the eaves. Every plane checked and flashed before the first course went down.

Shingle + Metal Combo, South Surrey
Combo job. Dark architectural asphalt across the main roof plus charcoal standing-seam metal on the bay-window turret and porch overhang. That transition is where most crews lose the water. We hemmed the metal into a J-channel behind the asphalt so nothing sees a fastener. Homeowner had been chasing a leak in the bay for six years.

Standing-Seam Metal, North Shore
Full charcoal Snap-lock standing-seam over a single-family home. Two skylight crickets, one plumbing stack, one chimney flash. We ran the panels long so there are no lap joints anywhere on the field. Every clip concealed, every fastener hidden. This roof gets 50 years if the homeowner stays out of its way.

Winter Torch-On, Surrey Multiplex
Multiplex low-slope re-roof mid-February, snow on the ground. Two-ply SBS modified bitumen, torched twice on every seam the way we always do. Working through freezing temps means slower cure and tighter fire watch. Crew held the schedule anyway.

Mid-Century Flat Re-Roof, North Van
Mid-century modern with cedar cladding and deep flat overhangs. Flat re-roof over the whole top plane, including the skylight cluster over the kitchen. Detail work on the drip edge matters a lot here because the overhangs are so exposed. Homeowner was a designer who cared about the profile of the edge. So did we.
