Metal Re-Roof, Broadway Corridor

Winter install on a Broadway-corridor multi-family. We ran Platinum HT-B over the entire deck for the ice-and-water and underlayment in one system, then laid down charcoal ribbed metal. Winter jobs slow everything down. We staged the panels on the ground and only opened one section of deck at a time.
