Terms of service.

These terms cover your use of the Innovation Roofing website and any digital tools we run on it: the estimate tool, contact forms, and blog signup. They do not replace the written contract you sign for an actual roofing job. That contract is the operative document once the job is scoped.

Numbers generated by the online estimate tool are budgetary ranges, not binding quotes. They exist so you can gauge whether the job fits your budget before you set up a site walk.

A binding quote comes only after a member of the crew inspects your roof in person, confirms scope, and issues a written proposal signed by both parties.

Our workmanship warranty is 10 years on residential re-roof jobs, unless otherwise specified in the signed proposal. Material warranties are set by the manufacturer of the product installed and pass through directly to the homeowner.

Warranty coverage depends on the roof being maintained per the walk-through checklist we provide. Damage from severe weather, subsequent alterations, or work performed by a different contractor voids the workmanship warranty on the affected section.

Payment terms are set in the signed proposal for each job. Typically a deposit at contract signing, a progress payment at material delivery, and final payment on completion. We accept e-transfer, cheque, and financing through Financeit.

Credit card processing is available on request with a processing fee added to cover the network cost.

You can cancel a scheduled job with no penalty up to seven business days before the crew is dispatched. Inside that window, we may retain the deposit to cover material orders and scheduling holds already committed.

The website is provided as-is. We try to keep the estimate tool accurate, but we don't guarantee it. Prices, availability, and material specifications can change without notice.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For anything related to a signed roofing contract, the liability terms in that contract apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
