When you fill out a form on this site (the free inspection form, the contact form, the estimate tool, or the blog signup) we collect the details you enter. Usually that means your name, phone number, email, property address, and a short note about what you need.

If you draw a roof in the estimate tool, we also collect the outline you traced, the material you picked, and the derived square footage and price band.

Contacting you back about the roof or repair you asked about. That's it.

We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't sign up for. If you asked for a quote, we might follow up once if we haven't heard back. If you're not interested, one reply and you won't hear from us again.

Form submissions are emailed to Innovation Roofing at Contact@innovationroofingltd.ca and stored in our email system. The email delivery uses Resend as the transactional provider.

The estimate tool renders in your browser and only sends data to our server when you submit. We don't store your session or drawings if you leave without submitting.

This site sets minimal functional cookies for the theme toggle and to remember the intro splash you already saw. No third-party ad tracking cookies. No cross-site behavioural tracking.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Contact@innovationroofingltd.ca with the address you used and we'll handle it inside seven business days.
