Vehicle-grade coating on a strata parkade that was starting to see rebar corrosion at the ramp. Full wall + deck seal, staged in three sections so residents kept parking access every night. Slip-resistant top-coat because the ramp gets wet in winter and the strata was tired of injury claims.
