High-Rise Deck Waterproofing, Downtown

Rooftop mechanical zone on a downtown tower still under construction. Two-ply membrane through the whole plane, cut around every stack and every railing base. Staged around the general contractor's schedule so we never held up steel, glazing, or the crane. Downtown work is 40% roofing, 60% choreography.
